TwoBlog is a web-publishing tool that allows a user to quickly add entries to their online journals, weblogs, and other often-updated content. TwoBlog has an easy to use template system; anyone who knows basic HTML can easily customize it's appearance. Also, it's open ended architecture makes it easy to create third party plugins that further extend TwoBlog's capabilities.
