This is a modification to the original phpHoo program.
This adds the following features in a password protected administration mode:
* Approve, delete and edit new link suggestions
* Disapprove and edit existing links
* Add new categories
and a few general improvements:
* Add count of links total/to-be-approved (bottom left)
* Put list of subcategories in two columns
* Some additional error checking/handling
* Put header and footer in seperate file
* Count links in all categories (recursive)
* Email admin when new links are suggested
